FINANCIAL STRENGTH

Delaware Grange Mutual is a financially strong company for its size. Unfortunately, the company is too small to be rated by A.M. Best. In an effort to let our agents, as well as mortgage companies, know that we are financially stable, we maintain a strong reinsurance program aimed at guaranteeing a minimal loss to our Policyholder Surplus in the event of a catastrophe. We also supply to anyone who asks a copy of a letter from our reinsurance broker describing the program and listing the companies that back us. These are all large “A” rated companies. A copy of that letter is made available here for anyone who would need it or would like to read it. Also attached here is a copy of our latest Statutory Financial Statements for 2012 and 2011.
