Delaware Grange Mutual utilizes an outside adjusting firm for all its claims.
ALL CLAIMS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED DIRECTLY TO YOUR AGENT. Â The agent will in turn forward the claim to our office and usually within the same time frame, the claim will be received by our adjuster.
While we try to handle all claims in an expedient manner, some claims involve numbers of people, and sometimes it takes a concentrated effort by all parties to complete the process.
